I can’t remember a time when I didn’t look for pretty or interesting rocks or talk to the figures and faces I could see within. Their colours and patterns gave me a focus when my thoughts were jumbled or I felt alone. Some made me think, others lifted me up and a few even kicked my butt when it was needed.
