Returns & Refunds Policy

Magick Earth Crystals complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

your order number

a description of the issue

photographs where applicable

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with ACL

return shipping costs will be covered by us

the original shipping fee will be refunded where applicable


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

At our discretion, a change of mind return may be approved if:

contact is made within 3 days of delivery

the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

the item is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:
