Shipping Within Australia

We ship all Australian orders using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $175.00 AUD

$9.95 AUD flat rate for orders under $175.00

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available at checkout and charged at Australia Post express rates.

Express Shipping refers to the shipping method only and does not guarantee delivery times.
Order processing times still apply.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Delays

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Australia Post

peak periods

weather events

circumstances outside our control

Delivery delays alone do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us.
We will assist with an Australia Post enquiry and resolve the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address details.
